Do you charge for shipping and returns?
FREE SHIPPING for ALL orders within the continental United States.
Exchange shipping and returns within the United States is always free.
FREE SHIPPING is shipped via USPS first class mail. Once we have posted your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number to track your order and to know the expected delivery date.
For those of you who need your package faster, or in the case of an important event, birthday or holiday, we offer USPS priority mail (2 - 3 days) for a $10 flat rate and USPS priority mail express (1 - 2 days) for a $30 flat rate.
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to send out shipments every few days. All orders within the continental United States should arrive within 1 – 8 business days.
We offer USPS priority mail and USPS priority mail express for those of you who are in a rush! All USPS priority mail and USPS priority mail express orders will be sent out 1 business day after the order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship internationally to Canada ($10), Australia ($20) and the United Kingdom ($20) via USPS international first class mail. We can also ship via UPS Standard for a $25 flat rate to Canada and UPS Worldwide Saver for a $50 flat rate to Australia and a $40 flat rate to the United Kingdom.

If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
What about taxes and duties for international shipping?
You are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. In addition, when your package reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country.
If the order is a gift, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. We are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all packages.
Do you offer free returns and exchanges for international orders?
For international orders, you will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return / exchange policy?
We want you to love your new Sophia Rose purchase. If for some reason, you don't love it, please mail us the Sophia Rose item you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Please include the order number, reason for the return or item / size for exchange, if applicable. As we are a small company, we would love any feedback you might have!
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
If more than 14 days have passed between the date you mail back the item you wish to return and the delivery of your order, we cannot accept your return.
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on bras, and not underwear.
How do I return / exchange an item?
For eligible returns or exchanges within the United States, there will be a pre-paid shipping label included in the shipping box. Remember to include a copy of the packing slip.
Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will email and let you know that we have received them and inspect the items. If approved, we will issue a refund or credit / exchange within approximately 48 hours.
Please allow for 10 business days to see returns reflected on your credit card statement. If you have any questions in the meantime, please email us at email@example.com.
Can I return underwear?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear that's been opened. However we will issue merchandise credit for certain orders to exchange for another size or style if it just doesn't fit.
