How do I measure my band size?

With a non-padded bra on, measure around your torso directly under the bust line with a soft tape measure. Keep the tape measure parallel with the floor, and snug. Add between 0 to 3 inches This is your band size.

How do I measure my cup size?

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape measure parallel with the floor, and snug. Subtract your bust measurement from your band measurement.

If your bust and band measurements are the same, your cup size is AA.

If your bust measurement is one inch larger, your cup size is A.

If your bust measurement is two inches larger, your cup size is B

If your bust measurement is three inches larger, your cup size is C.

If your bust measurement is four inches larger, your cup size is D.

If your bust measurement is five inches larger, your cup size is DD.

I have had a unilateral mastectomy, how do I measure my cup size?

With a bra on, measure the fullest part of your breast from your breastbone across your nipple to the center of your back on the side that did not have the unilateral mastectomy. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor. Double that measurement. Subtract your bust measurement from your band measurement.
